I have a warranty on my home and I'm always nervous about companies that could come out. I was relieved when I initially saw the Reviews for this company. My service call was submitted online on Sunday. I got a call Monday morning for a same day appointment. My technician arrived a few minutes early and was fantastic at explaining what he was doing. I got a follow up call the next day to make sure my air conditioner was still working. Fantastic customer service and very prompt.
Heat out at the house - Ace Heating & Cooling sent Paul over - diagnosed the problem and ordered parts needed to repair. Outstanding personality and manners - will provide follow-up feedback once parts are in / repair completed, but given the initial service call I'd certainly recommend Ace....
We were so stressed out about our central air conditioning not working, and particularly because my husband has heart and health issues. By the grace of God, we were given ACE Air and they sent us Jacob. He was on time, intelligent and courteous, and definitely knowledgeable about central air conditioning and systems!! I found Ace as a 2nd opinion request referral from my home warranty company. The technician - Jacob - was kind, knowledgeable and above and beyond thorough. He also found and issue that the original referral company missed. I decided to go ahead and have my older system replaced and - Rick - made sure that the warranty company would provide the coverage amount toward my new system which would lower the cost. Thanks ACE for an awesome experience, during a difficult/stressful time for me an my family. The Technician assigned, "Logan" was super calming and professional throughout. I never felt like he was pushing sales...more like offering options and nailed the repairs/service in minimal time. I'd recommend Logan and your Team to anybody--very appreciative!
I was dying, it was so hot in my house. Ace Heating and Cooling came out to my house early and diagnosed a clogged drain line. The tech not only cleared the clog, he re-plumbed the old piping, told me how to PROPERLY maintain my unit, and showed me how to diagnose and clear the drain line. He was polite and professional and I cannot recommend you guys enough. Thank you!!
