Honest, reliable AC company! Used them for AC repair in our office building. It was the middle of summer so it was important the repair was timely. It was! Very happy.

Their service manager, Rick Jennings, is professional, knowledgeable and friendly and always goes the extra mile. After researching today he found my unit is under warranty and my parts covered! The service I received from ACE was phenomenal. Very professional and the technician Jason, knew exactly what the issue was is an very short period of time. It was very obvious that he was experienced and well trained. In addition the office staff was extremely courteous and helpful. They followed the service call all the way through, including a follow-up call the following day to see if everything was working satisfactorily. I highly recommend them for any service issues that you may have.

Highly recommend their service. One phone call had a technician out on the same day, within the 2 hour window. Rick was great with my "helpful" dog in his way, checked out and resolved my issue, all while answering my barrage of questions as a new homeowner. Needles to say, I got extra copies of their business cards!
Polite and professional technician arrived quickly yesterday after regular business hours. He took the time to explain what needed to be done and made sure I was satisfied with the work prior to leaving.
ACE was an absolute pleasure to work with from start to finish. I first spoke with Crystal who scheduled a timely appointment for us to get our A/C checked out within 24 hours of our call. She was so nice and helpful, so I had a good feeling from the get-go. Our technician was Logan. He had our A/C back up and running within 20 minutes of being at our house.
