I called into this company yesterday to request a quote on a new AC unit. They told me they would have someone out at 9 AM this morning. At 8:30 the technician, John, called to let me know he was about 25 minutes from my home. He arrived right on time! John was very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable! Pleasant and uncomplicated to deal with. Corrections were were made without questions and and delay. Very responsive, courteous, knowledgeable install team. Satisfied with turn-around time, equipment and cost. Just waiting for ambient temperature to rise in order to properly test and dial in the newly installed system.

Shout out to Ace Heating & Cooling and their installers, John and Logan who installed our new system last Saturday. They were back out today to inspect and make sure everything was working properly. John and Logan were both very knowledgeable, professional and did a quality job! I highly recommend this company.

Knowing I needed a new install I requested a quote via internet. A few hrs later I get a call and due to my work schedule (nights) I was told that they would have Rick at the house at 7:30am the next morning. He arrived on time and was very through and was more than happy to explain the answers to my questions. Their bid was the best of the four I had gotten, for the exact same unit.
