Extremely disappointed today with the customer service at crowder brothers ace hardware. We recently purchased a 4500.00 Big Green Egg, a yeti hopper and 3 yeti ramblers within the past 3 weeks. Today we attempted to return a defective yeti rambler cup as we were purchasing 2 more and the manager would not return this yeti.. When valuable customers return an item it is just good service to take care of your customer. When customers receive service that is above and beyond they are repeat customers.. I have shopped at Ace Hardware with my husband was alive, ever since they were open in Westgate. Today I shop at the Manatee Ave store. When we remodeled our home we bought all of our Hintet fans from them. My husband loved Them, he went just about every Saturday. Today I go for gifts as they have an amazing selection . Love this place! It's been around forever and they have a very unique selection of gifts for any occasion. The fudge is homemade and is worth taste testing!
