I recently moved to Williamsburg, VA and naively assumed I should expect the same level of service at the local Ace Hardware stores like I was accustomed to from Crowder Brothers over the past decades of going there. NOT EVEN CLOSE! No one met me at the entrance to assist and no one asked me if I needed help in spite of passing several staff. I was in the store for nearly 40 minutes and no one offered to assist. I’ve been to all three Crowders Ace Hardware stores and they undoubtedly have the most helpful and knowledgeable employees. Someone is always available to answers questions.
Last night my daughters catchers bag fell out of the back of our truck somewhere between our house and GT Bray Park. Somebody turned it into Crowder Brothers. Crowder Brothers took the time to track down my information based on a team logo and returned the catchers gear to us first thing this morning. So thankful for everyone involved & the call from Colton this morning. Thank you for going above and beyond!!!
