Fantastic service!
Very disappointed that the store policy is if a damaged product is returned that they will not exchange the item at the same price. I was charged $2 more for a can of spray paint that would not spray when I took it back. Poor customer service.
What a disappointment, this store won't take unused unopened returns if you purchased them during hurricane Irma. Used to think of this is a nice neighborhood store… Won't get my business anymore I'll make the trip to Home Depot or Lowe's. Apparently all they care about is increasing their September profit margin off Americans fear of a hurricane. should be zero stars.
They would not let me return an unused tool calling it hurricane supply. I guess crowder bros need my $55.00 more than I do. SMH.
I had a bad situation and it was handled above and beyond what was expected. They really do care and take care of their customers!
Everyone is very helpful and down to earth. Always a great visit with a lot of laughs!
