She was extremely knowledgeable and did not hesitate to educate us on all available inserts. Overwhelmingly Impressed by Stephanie at The Stove Store in Elkton. Went in with a friend inquiring about a Propane Fireplace Insert. Stephanie was honestly so informative. She explained every Option available in incredible Detail. Our experience wasn't rushed and she demonstrated each Insert/Log Set/Screen on Display as well as went thru all Catalog options.
