The service was excellent and Frank was very informative about information that I needed to insure the safety of using my fireplace. i thank him very much. This company was the only one that I could get to hook up my gas fireplace after I had gone to all of the expense having a gas line run. No one in Delaware would hook it up. I again thank them very much. They do get 5 stars. I will recommend them to everyone.
This service call was well overdue. In October my fireplace received its annual service. The hinge pins broke off on the access panels. It has taken from October until now to have them fixed! I had to call and find the part number and then I still waited to have the work done. I had to call repeatedly to get this resolved! While I understand that my fireplace is one that is not as common for the company to service, they have been servicing it for over 5 years. wanted to upgrade my pellet stove and find out about a pellet stove for my supervisor. waited 20 minutes. looks like they don't know how to handle more than one customer at a time. guess another store is gonna sell two pellet stoves and four tons of pellets.
As always, Frank is amazing! We were having trouble with our fireplace starting. First he discussed a possible issue at length over the phone. Then, when we couldn't reach a conclusion, he came out and took care of business! There is a problem with a part, he tweaked it so we'd have fire and is contacting the manufacturer. Thanks Frank!
Frank was fantastic!! He arrived on time, assessed the situation with competence, and completed the service call in a neat and timely manner. A true professional!
Terrible customer service.Showed up several hours early while we were not home. Reached us by cell and said they would wait. They did not. When we called, they would not return or honor our original appointment window of noon to 4 pm. If your time is important to you, I do not recommend you work with this business.

We are 100% satisfied customers! Tyler did a great job estimating our new wood stove installation; Dan and Hamilton installed our stove yesterday and did a fantastic job, too. Cathy was super-helpful on the phone with logistics. These folks really know their stuff, are professional, friendly, and trustworthy. I will be a repeat customer for our maintenance and if we're ever in the market for additional products.
