Frank was very professional and patiently explained everything that he was doing. We felt confident with his work. Our gas fireplace had recently quit working and not having had a gas fireplace in the past we didn't know what to do. We contacted The Stove Store and they gave us a reasonable appointment date, called to confirm the date & the serviceman showed up as promised.
