I use to think they were good until my recent experience. They installed a spring loaded damper to the top of my chimney. The technician briefly discribed how to use it but did not demonstrate how to use it. The first time I went to use the fireplace it did not seem to work like my old one did. It just did not move hardly at all when I released the chain. It only moved about a half inch. Tyler came to our home and did an efficient job cleaning two fireplaces and reattaching a chimney cap. He answered our questions about switching the fireplaces to gas and the options we had. We have used Ace Chimney Sweeps for several years and have always had wonderful, courteous service.

Skip Creswell is the only professional with Ace Chimney Sweep associates that has ever cleaned my chimney. His crew put the original liner in my chimney. Today Tommy and Hamilton came and cleaned my pipes. I won’t have to worry about my chimney catching on fire. See you guys end of March or April.
