This is the second time we've stayed in this building (Palladio) but the first time with ACD Apartments. The previous apartment through a different company was tired and in need of maintenance but at least it was clean... The room was filthy, the microwave was full of food splashes from previous tenants, chewing gum stuck on the wall, a dirty sock under the coffee table in the lounge, a rusty aged bbq on the balcony full to the brim with cigarette butts, dust balls full of hair every where. The views from our 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment balcony were stunning! The place was spacious and the bathtub was a great size and deep which was great for relaxing at anytime. The apartments were close to the local woolworths, amazing dining options and only a short walk to the tram. The beds came with doona's which was nice for the cooler weather as other places we have stayed only have sheets. The apartment had everything we needed and we will definitely be back next time we come back to Melbourne

Nous sommes venus pour la 4ème fois séjourner avec "acd apartment" et comme à chaque fois, nous ne sommes pas déçus. Un accueil, un accompagnement nous est réservé et nous sommes ravis. Le petit moins, c'est que l'on voit que des petites rénovations devraient se faire mais sinon tout est fonctionnel. Un grand merci à monsieur Jim qui à était très disponible, surtout compréhensif, attentif par rapport à chaque situation et très réactif. Thank you so much ! Nous reviendrons c'est sûr

Nice and Clean apartment. Staff Very friendly and helpful. Best location with beautiful harbour view.
