The Kelly family had their A/C quit over this past weekend and called Accutemp Refrigeration & A/C in Phoenix , Az It was discovered to need a blower motor. They did the repair BUT at what I Personally feel at an EXORBITANT cost buying and replacing a blower motor that is under warranty does NOT cost $925.00 I VERY STRONGLY feel the company Financially “ RAPED “ this young married couple with an infant under the age of 2 due to their dire situation given the HOT temperatures Phoenix has right now ! ! RecommendedWe have used AccuTemp for several years for our semi-annual A/C tune-ups and service. The Technicians have been amazing and the long term results as expected. We recommend AccuTemp whenever asked who to call for A/C support.
Their tech came to my house and was here for 30 minuets. Said we had a bad capacitor. Changed the part to the tune of $ 326.00 plus service charge of$ 85.00all in 30 minuets. Found out the same part was $ 15.71 on Amazon. Seems like a license to steal and they did it in 30 minuets. Beware! Would never use them again.

We just had AccuTemp install our new unit. The crew was here on time, completed the job in less then a full day. Everyone who we had contact with were professional, pleasant and very efficient. Have already given out their contact info. Would use them in a heartbeat. Love our Wi-Fi thermostat!
