Was considering using this service for my mom...but I don't need this headache.
Accurate took my check, cashed it and then sent me a basement warranty without doing any of the work. I called several times and was promised somebody would call me back to schedule the work but that never happened. After several weeks of this, I lost confidence in Accurate Basement and asked for my money back. They said they would give me my $3080 back. "The check is being processed" line has gotten old. Our next step is calling the local media to expose these crooks, file a complaint with the BBB and to take them to court.... read more
Accurate Repair was prompt each time I had an appointment with them. All personnel I dealt with were courteous, professional, and down to earth. We needed to have our basement walls supported by steel posts; the job took less than one day, and the price was definitely right! They cleaned up after the job and left no mess. I couldn't have been more pleased. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend them.
