I am extremely disappointed in the service I recieved from accurate basement repair. They over promised and under delivered on their basement service. They came to do a full basement job and half way through informed me that they could not do a major part of the project. We hired accurate basement to do some inside drain tile as well as dig drainage wells around the outside window wells. We picked accurate as they had good reviews and although not the cheapest company we looked at, they seemed to know what to do best. Well day one we had issues. Half way throuugh digging up our basement cement we were informed that they could not dig the drainage wells around outside windows. This was the biggest part of the project we needed completed. RecommendedBob came to look at a leak problem I have been having for two years. He suggested a $20 dollar fix. They did not make a time off of me. I would not hesitate to recommend this honest company. Just fantastic.

We were very satisfied with foundation repair work done four years ago by Bob Vorbau and Accurate Basement Repair on our New Berlin home. Recently, when we requested that he evaluate a different area of our basement for any structural problems, he gave us a very honest assessment that the walls were fine. We appreciate his honesty and professionalism.
