Had Chris over to look at my leaky basement expecting a sales pitch and an expensive fix. Chris came out and suggested some simple fixes that didn't require any work from his company. He didn't even charge me for the visit. He could have tried to sell me something but was honest enough to give me the truth. Would highly recommend.
Accurate repaired my basement leak in no time and for a great price. The owner is extremely professional and explains the process well. I highly recommend them!

The basement repair and concrete work were fine but there was no follow-up. I called to say I had a problem with the washer which was moved and replaced but no one returned my call. Turns out the cold and hot hoses were reversed, also washer was badly unbalanced. Needed plumber to diagnose and correct. The electrician was told the Time Warner connection was incorrectly put with the workshop light, so when the light was turned off, so was the internet. They were thorough in their analysis of the problem and handled all aspects of the repair including moving electrical, plumbing, appliances, air conditioner and heavy furniture. They were prompt and always polite, cleaned up the basement, yard and driveway. They were the most expensive of the 4 different company's that I had look at the problem.
