Accurate Auto was the only mechanic I have ever been to that picked me up at home when my car was finished. Great service.
I recently had my transmission go out on my Ford Explorer and did some research on a trustworthy auto repair shop close to me. Accurate auto was where I chose to go, and they did not disappoint. They were straight with me and kept me in the loop on everything they did, and were very quick in getting my truck back to me. I will use Accurate Auto again if the need arises.

Just took my daughters 2002 Escape in...Her battery light was on. Les Schwab said battery was good, might be the alternator. 2002 Escapes alternators are spend to replace because of labor. Accurate Auto checked everything and was a whole different matter, cost us only $89. Very honest and they have our business from here on!
I'm not sure where to even start. This is one shady outfit. They misdiagnosed my car, replaced a part, then my battery kept dying and they told me it was my alternator again which I had just replaced. Since I had purchased the party before having them install it, it was not covered. They charged me again another $100 to diagnose and told me I needed to replaced the alternator. I was there to fix my x5 and they couldn't turne up they send me to Kuni I toll them what that problem was battery and they just toll me do it your self I know was that battery I went to get it I put it in and star good I went to other Mecanic and still not working they toll me this Mecanic didn't do anything and plus they suppose to charge me 89.95 per hour they call me to said they need extra hour and they charge me 249.99 I was disappointed but I don't like be rude I'm really disappointed......
Used Accurate Auto in Lake Oswego twice. Bobby was my mechanic on my Mercedes E430 this time around and was incredibly king, patient, explanatory and empathetic. Gonna keep going back to these guys, even for the little things. Highly recommended!
