The work was done well and done quickly.
So refreshingly thorough and honest I hate getting my vehicle repaired. I avoid the big dealerships because it’s so easy to get ripped off. Accurate auto repair is incredible. They are big on education and only fix what needs to be repaired. They also came in nearly $500 below the original quote.
They do a thorough inspection and diagnosis of the vehicle. They prioritize what needs to be fixed first and are reasonably priced. they update the client as they are working on the vehicle and go over recommendations, pricing before making repairs. they know how to communicate with clients!
Being in the automotive business myself, I am always looking for a good shop to refer clients when traveling or who have moved out of the area. We have referred several clients to Accurate Automotive. They have always taken great care of the people we care about. I highly recommend them!
Last Thursday my 2016 Jeep Renegade just about died on me. I reached out to Accurate Auto on Friday morning and they had my Jeep towed to their Hillsboro Location and had it diagnosed by the end of the day. I called them back on Monday evening to tell them to go ahead a repair it and it was finished by the end of the day on Tuesday. Their prices are reasonable, nothing hidden. The folks at Accurate Auto in Beaverton were prompt, honest and willing to work with me to repair my vehicle. 2005 Dodge Magnum bottomed out on one of our many "fantastically kept" Portland roadways. They inspected and fixed the snapped muffler mount, and repaired the deteriorating rubber "biscuits" on the driveline. Will take my vehicle there anytime.
