This is absolutely the worst specialty pharmacy I have ever dealt with. They charged my old insurance when I gave them my new insurance information twice. They tell me they will call me when ready for delivery and I never hear from them. I have been on hold with them FOREVER . 2 months later, I still do not have my meds. They give me the run around and don't seem to know what they are doing. Worst customer service ever!! I will not deal with them anymore.
If I could give zero stars I would. Most incompetent staff ever and they are never willing to help even if they make a mistake!!
This is the worst pharmacy I’ve ever dealt with. I called and ordered medication weeks in advance was promised a delivery date and when I called to confirm it was never ordered by the person I was on the phone with for 40 mins and won’t be there for my appointment. Getting the initial script processed took 2 weeks. I called today and was on hold for 20 mins and then hung up on by Raven. I am disgusted with this pharmacy and do not recommend to anyone
