I just spent a month trying to get a prescription that I've been talking for years refilled. I had to make so many phone calls and rotted on hold for hours. My doctor's office says they are the worst pharmacy they have to deal with. Horrible customer service and totally incompetent. They take bad service to a very high level. Avoid them if you can.
Disastrous. Incompetent. Inaccessible. Unsurprisingly a subsidiary of Evernorth.
Meds are going to be a week late. They are blaming FedEx/UPS. I am in misery. My skin is starting tp blister all over without my meds. I can't use my hands and I had to call off work. Then being so late cost me $500 a day in lost wages and days of pain and misery. I call them and they act like I am annoying. Transfer me around to supervisors that do NOTHING to make it right.
