ZERO stars! This pharmacy is USELESS!
For 8 months straight I have had to call them over and over to give them both insurance policies to bill to send me my kids meds she has to take or else she will go blind. EVERY single month. Since March. Everytime I get a really nice person who tells me, "Ok we fixed it". After speaking with both insurance companies come to find out someone keeps deleting her primary insurance info, INSIDE THE PHARMACY. Placing the bill on me!!!
Absolute ghouls. I've been begging for my prescription for 7 months, and every time they have a new excuse My insurance shows they're approving this medicine. After a 2.5 hour call with 4 people (me, my insurance advocate, a specialist from my insurance, and Accredo) you promised me that it would be ready to send today. You promised you would call me today. I had to call them, and now they're telling me call back next week I am 7 months without life saving medication. I have to inject expired medicine under my skin to surviv... read more
Giving this company negative stars would seem more fitting. They do not take any responsibility updating customers with shipping dates. Causing customers not receive their Medication As well as As well as cold storage medication not being delivered in time, causing the medication to go bad. Demanding payment for medication customers have not received. They are charging $47 per prescription that should only be $20. Once pricing issue has been fixed, they will not Transfer the difference over to future medication’s.
