Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this provider's office? Absolutely not! I was seen right away! Does this provider give unbiased advice? Absolutely! I always get sound, helpful, and completely unbiased advice! Was the waiting area spacious? Yes, extremely spacious Were the restrooms well-stocked at this provider's office? Yes, they had everything you could possibly need! Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? No, they've never taken personal calls with me

Yes, I felt informed when I left Would you refer this provider to a family or friend? Yes Did this provider show attention to detail? Yes, I've never had to worry about them missing any important information Does this provider adhere to the customer is always right policy? Yes, they listen to all complaints and make every effort to correct the situation.

The staff was friendly and kind. They were efficient in their handling of my paperwork and of getting me into the doctor on time. The doctor himself however was condescending and very abrupt- bordering on the point of being rude to me. I will continue to go to his office as his NP is kind and helpful- quite the opposite of him.
