My first visit to Orchard Park Dermatology was awesome! I was seen within 5 minutes of my appointment time! Try and find that at a Dr's office in today's society. All the staff were extremely pleasant, especially "Jennifer", their Med Assistant. I was amazed how clean their uniforms were and the examination room was cleaner than most ERs (emergency rooms), which I've seen a lot of in my law enforcement career. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I was amazed at how wonderfully they treated each of their staff members. They were so appreciative and thankful. I've never seen any employer treat their staff better, and it made me want to come back that much more. Emily and Sheena were professional and courteous. I would recommend this office to everyone scheduling was easy and there was mmInimal wait time

Did this provider use excessive foul language? Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous! Was this provider's office clean? Yes! I was amazed at how clean it was! Did they follow up with you after your appointment? Yes, they made sure I had everything I needed! Did you feel safe in this provider's care? Absolutely! I knew I was being cared for by an expert! I left feeling satisfied with how the visit went. Susan Peterson was helpful and I felt encouraged. She has always been very concerned about my medical problems and addresses all my questions with answers that I can understand.
