I have had appointments with both Dr Accetta and Susan Peterson over the years while dealing with my skin problems. They both are very easy to talk to they listen to my concerns and clearly explain how best to treat my issues. The office staff has always been very friendly and pleasant to deal with. I have been a patient of the practice for over 5 years and have recommended Dr. Accetta to several of my family and friends.

Did this provider show attention to detail? Yes, I've never had to worry about them missing any important information Did this provider answer all of your questions? Yes Does this provider have a good professional reputation within your community? Definitely! Everyone knows they are the best around! Did this provider seem irritated to be working with you? Not at all, they were glad to help me with anything I needed Did you feel safe in this provider's care? Absolutely! I knew I was being cared for by an expert!

I never had to doubt their qualifications. They made their credentials completely obvious, which made me feel a lot safer. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. Susan Peterson was the best! She handled all of my moles and skin blemishes quickly and with little pain. She is very personable and the only negative I can think of is the fact that she's a Red Sox fan. I am sending my wife to them for a look at some of her skin problems. I highly recommend them, they are all great.

I give the highest praise to Dr. Accetta. He discovered a large cancerous lesion on my mother's back. It had been missed by at least three other dermatologists, including a team of specialists in targeted radiation. I had been taking my mother to this team for months. It involved long distance travel, hazardous at times and took hours out of the day-all to no avail. Does this provider ever overbook appointments here? No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments Does this provider offer any coupons, discounts or promotions? I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff. They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain. I was quite impressed with how much progress I made after my visit. I would refer my friends and family here. They were very nice and I think more people should know about them. They were polite and courteous. The office appointments and equipment looked new and well taken care of. I was put me at ease by Elizabeth who checked me in and went over the reason for my visit. Elizabeth was very good at explaining what I could expect and when Dr. Accetta came in my exam and treatments were thorough and I was provided with all the information I needed. I didn't wait long at all.

The restrooms at this office were spotless. It smelled amazing in there and looked immaculate. Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance.
