The office was very nice, not really any wait times and very prompt, the staff was wonderful and friendly, and Dr. Accetta was really what you would want in a Doctor. He has great bedside manners and listens to all of your concerns. His office is a pretty good distance away from me but it is so worth it!!! I would highly recommend anyone considering a Dermatologist to see him. You will be glad you did.

Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. Whatever cologne they were wearing was one of the best I've ever smelled. It made my experience that much more enjoyable. I have been a patient of Dr. Accetta's for since around 1990. He has done a great job in the treatment of the many skin related conditions I have; especially the skin cancer. You could not find a better Dr. or a practice with a better staff of professionals than you find here. Over the years his practice has grown larger, but that never changed the quality of patient treatment that I have received. I have and will continue to recommend Dr. Accetta to anyone looking for the best Dermatologist in the Western NY area.
