We had chair lifts, a railing and grab bars, and most recently, a walk-in tub. Very professional and thoughtful, courteous staff. We highly recommend Accessible Systems if you need modifications to stay in your home.
$85,000 VA project has left my $16,600 Bruno stairlift inoperative since day of installation to present (May 15-Aug 21.) Chair jams two steps from bottom. Vendor explained that I approved the project and they installed as per their design, suggesting I failed to note flaws in the spec that block adequate function. Manufacturer's suggestion: disassemble part of stairlift rails to be reworked by them and send another $2000 or, alternately, send $300 to remove and scrap the unit. The work they did was okay for us, but John the owner is a jerk! We thought our bill was paid in full, 3 months later John calls me and said we owe more money. I of course questioned him and he got angry and threatened legal action. He said they have been trying to contact me for months via email and phone calls. I asked him to forward any one of those emails to me from the last 3 months or show me a phone log with my number on it. Of course, he couldn’t because he’s a liar!! They were wonderful to work with. Very friendly, knowledgable, helpful and the work was excellent.
Paula and Mike were great to work with. Was having trouble with the scooter keeping a charge. They checked the battery gave us a new one and hopefully when we use it (after the snow melts) it will work great. I appreciate all your help and the quickness it got checked out.
