After nearly 25 years of having my first Sure Hand lift, I finally had to get a new one. Eric Strader came out, assessed the situation and within 10 days Kevin and Clint came out to install it. They were very professional, personable and patient with me when I asked all of my questions.
I’ve used Accessible Systems for numerous modifications for our home. They are professional, friendly, knowledgeable and do quality work.
I was very impressed by the care and follow through of Nate Greene-Loepp, my installer. He worked hard to tweek the stairlift to fit my narrow stairs. When we couldn’t put a railing on the landing he solved the fall risk issue by getting a super pole. The installer for the pole also did a great job. Thank you Accessible Systems for a great staff and making me feel safer in my own home! .
Michael called and let me know he was on the way. He was on time and efficient. He did a great job in a timely manner and totally cleaned up. I am very happy with him and all the workers at Accessible Systems who put in various safety devices for my husband.
