Safety, Ergonomically Correct, Esthetically Pleasing-- After two (2) previous surgeries on my shoulder, I was directed to Accessible Systems as a resource for items to retrofit my shower to accommodate my recovery/future safety. We have begun to prepare ourselves for potential challenges in a home we'd like to keep despite the physical challenges of a Parkinson's condition. Amy and Ken have, with compassion and obvious skill, shown us several options for accommodating our particular needs that will be affordable and not "extreme". Their patience is exemplary. We're very relieved to know they're experienced and ready to help us.
I was very pleased to be with my company " Home Care Assistance Caregivers" We did a touring of the adapted home this week! I was very impressed with how Accessible Systems really take Great Pride in the equipment they install that can help their clients homes be transformed so that barriers become safe, beautiful and accessible spaces! I will also add that the work they do has GREAT Style as well as making the home owner fell very safe.
Let me preface this review by saying this company did suffer a terrible loss during this project and on a personnel level I felt that loss as well. However, as a customer I must say how disappointed I am in how this company handled this adversity not the installers many of whom are talented craftsmen, but the company! I could list plenty of examples like how there was a toilet sitting in my garage for three weeks or how I never knew who was coming or how long they would be able to stay on any given day or that all communicat... read more
