In end may-july 7/28/2023. I needed PT help for my back surgery pain.. i had never had Physical therapy before. So i was nervous about it. But my chiropractor and surgeon said that this team at Grandview in waterbury ct access Rehab center was highly rated.. and the Staff, ann, nicole,nyshay and the best lourdes.. Is really great thrapy .
The care is top notch. They get a 1 star because of their billing practices. I’ve gone there for 3 months, twice a week and never received a bill. My insurance covered the services in full for the first 2 months, thereafter, only a percentage. I received my first bill 3 months after treatment were completed. First bill, included overdue charges for non payment. What non payment? To make payment one needs to know what is owed, correct? These charges are outrageous.
