This is always my urgent care of choice when my doc can’t get me in fast enough. The wait times are decent for a urgent care. Usually I am taken care of within an hour. I went a few days before Christmas and was told I have something viral. It of course got worse and had to come back a few days later after Christmas. The PA suggested I take DayQuil and it made it worse. This is the only near bad experience I’ve had here.
Horrible experience. Had to wait about 30 minutes for them to see me only to be told to wait back in the waiting room. Waited there about 1 hour, finally to get to the room and wait about 30 more minutes to see the doctor that only look at me for 10.
The 81st & 169 Urgent Care ROCKS!!! Everyone is always polite, caring and accommodating. I cannot say enough good things about it and it definitely gets five stars from me!!!

I have used them for 3 years I drive an hour for this urgent care. Always get in fast, helpfully staff.
I came in last week and was a lil nervous because I didn’t have insurance. But Stevi, at the front, was amazing. She explained everything perfectly and got me taken care of immediately. Everyone was so friendly and the place was super clean. I will definitely be coming back. �
I had an excellent experience the minute I walked in the door until I walked out. The receptionist greeted me with a friendly smile, the nurse was very caring and the doctor was very compassionate to my needs. He answered all my questions and made sure I understood my treatment plan. The whole staff was very compassionate, caring and friendly. If you’re in need of medical care I strongly recommend Access Medical on 81st.
