My husband, my baby, and myself tested on Thursday and was told it would take a few days to get results. which we understood. But a few days have passed and we have called many many times during those days to which there is always no answer. And yes, we also have left many voicemails to which no one has answered to. The two hour wait was to be expected! The rush thru triaging was normal considering the girl might have been the only one triaging and was SWAMPED! But the practitioner seeing me for 2 minutes....completely ridiculous! There was enough time for her to walk and start rattling off my symptoms while listening to my heart and lungs! How is someone supposed to hear the obvious rattle and wheeze I have when they are talking? Then a quick Covid test and she will call in more of the nebulizer solution. Worst costumer service ever. As someone that works in the medical field this locations lack of communication is mind blowing. I came in for a rapid COVID test and was told I’d have my results within an hour and to wait for their phone call. That was at 2:00 this afternoon. It’s now 6:30pm and I have called 7x and was never able to speak with front desk. I wasn’t given a Drs note when leaving, because they said they would have that when they called with my results. RecommendedI normally go to Utica Park Clinic urgent care, because I was an Ardent employee, we all had to go to all access urgent cares. I been dealing with back issues for a while. Had an MRI done this morning. pain still there to where I just couldn't function with every day stuff. Amber the PA was awesome. She took care of me. Got a shot and meds to bridge me over until I see the ortho dr on the 15th. whew! All the staff were absolutely the nicest group! Thank you for taking care of me!

worst experience ever..i do NOT recommend going to this urgent care..my daughter and I were both treated like we don't know anything..my grandson couldn't breathe or stop coughing and he is 7 months old..i have been a ER nurse for over 20 years and now I am a provider as a nurse practitioner..they literally did nothing for him so when I call to follow up and give more information I was ignored and treated like I was stupid by the nurse I spoke to yesterday around 4:30..you better believe I will be by to file a complaint! ple... read more
This was my 2nd time going to this location, the first time I saw Dan and today I saw Zack, both very nice and professional. I was in and out in a timely manner. I will be returning for my urgent care needs.
