RecommendedOn 2-28, I walked in with c/o extreme sore throat. I was very impressed with staff as being very friendly. Dr Ward was SO thorough with exam and treatment. I used their ‘ in house’ pharmacy and was very pleased with their processing my prescriptions!! Btw, already feeling some better!!

the nurse is great, the doctor is professional, however i took my grandmother for a sick visit and waited 2 hrs with her before being seen because sick patients are apparently seen after new intakes trying to get established. you can hear through the walls so your neighbor can hear all your problems and life story. if you value your privacy. a closed door does very little at this facility.
Have been out of BP meds for three days now. This is due to a backorder from manufacturer. CVS contacted them last week for a substitute med request. As of today the pharmacy has not received a response to the request. This is very unprofessional! If I performed my job this way I would be fired! I will be seeking care elsewhere!
I went to Access Medical Center for health exam. It's a busy medical center while all faculties were nice and patient. Special thanks for Joan, who was caring and thoughtful, she helped me finish my complicated exam step by step. I really appreciate it.
