The young man who came out was very polite. He explained the situation as to what was wrong with my garage door. He told me a couple of different ways the door could be fixed and the cost of each. After I decided he went to work and quickly finished. He cleaned up the mess as well. The door has been working great.

Over the weekend we had a spring that failed which left the door slightly opened and not working. We called Access early Monday morning and they came out that day and repaired the problem. Their promptness was much appreciated. Kept rain and critters from coming in the garage.
