The technician was prompt and on-time. He was courteous and professional. I will definitely be using Access again in the future!
Charged twice for the same faulty wiring they did.They put the opener in. When it failed recently they came out and said the wired was not put in right. So they put wire caps on it. Then after 3.days it stopped working again. So then they came out and charged us again but this time replaced the wire that they put in wrong in the first place. AND CHARGED US AGAIN FOR DOING WHAT THEY SHOULD HAVE DONE IN THE BEGINNING WHEN THEY PUT IT IN. I DONT APPRECIATE THAT. WE WILL BE GOING WOTH ANOTHER COMPANY IN THE FUTURE
My experience with them is that the technician handed a brochure immediately .He looked at the door and stated the rotaries needed to be replaced. The problem was not the rosaries but the cable wire that was broken and needed to be repaired. I was given overall estimated that would be needed to repair door. However, I chose not to and I informed him I let know if wanted them to complete the repair.. Access Garage Doors of Hixson. Last year I bought two brand new doors almost $4000. This weekend I damaged the molding backing my boat in. I called and said how can I get a piece of that molding trim cause I damaged it, And the guy said well we don’t sell molding over the counter I said I know that or that’s OK I just need to know where I can get a replacement. Had an appointment for a week and a service time between noon and 6 p.m. No problem with that other than it seemed a long window of time but no complaint. Received a call from the technician about 4:30 p.m. that he was on the way. Then, minutes later, a call from the office tthat the technician was stuck in traffic. So could we reschedule?
