Amazing customer service and same day repairs!
I had a problem on a Friday night getting in my garage so first thing Saturday morning I made a post about my garage door and tagged a friend in it. Moments later Jesse the owner called me and told me the safe way to get my car out. I told him whenever he could get me on the list to get it fixed I would appreciate it. Monday morning around 745 Nikki from Access called me and said Jesse sent and email to put me on the list. Fast service. they helped me get my car out and came back a couple of hours later with my new door. Very friendly and understanding. 5 Stars!
Super service. I got the quietest garage door I’ve ever heard. I had a little issue (I moved the sensor that detects obstructions) and they talked me through how to fix it in a minute. Could have charged me to do it and I wouldn’t have known any better. Definitely recommend.
They take your money and do not follow through. They told me they left numerous voice messages- all lies and after 4 months refused to return my money Feel like I was conned!!!
