My experience with Access has been nothing short of perfect. The office staff are extremely friendly and got me on schedule right away for a garage door service. My technician came out and was very knowledgeable. He completed the service in a timely manner and also gave me a thorough run down of how to keep my door in the best shape possible for years to come. I highly recommend Access for all of your garage door and gate needs!
A spring broke on our garage door in the late evening on a Tuesday. Jase responded promptly by phone (to make sure it was not an emergency) and came out the next day, Wednesday. Technicians installed the garage door opener on Thursday but had to come back the following week because the door did not open high enough to clear the hatch on both cars. Jace was so helpful. When I needed help reprogramming my access pad after he left, he walked me through the whole process very patiently.
I wanted to compliment Kyle for how he handled my problematic gate opener yesterday and today. Yesterday he expertly diagnosed and remedied the problem as air in the hydraulic lines needing to purged. However, when he was reassembling the opener, a welded bracket broke (weld not done properly originally). Kyle rearranged today’s schedule to ensure he and a welder could come out to re-attach the bracket and not leave me with an inoperable gate over the weekend. I very much appreciate all the above!
