I told the young man I had to have a walker with a seat and brakes ( Parkinson’s my husband) He took my prescription and said it would cost $50.00 more I said that would be no problem I filled out paperwork He said they would call when it came in Two weeks later I went back and was told he ordered one with No seat or hand brakes The lady was very rude said I had to get a new prescription that Said “rollator” on it so they could reorder it.
