I'm not sure who Tanya is, however she should not be working in the customer service industry. The office manager would be well served to listen to her conduct in front of the customer. Hard to believe as a customer I had this experience in 2018, however I won't be returning.

I had a wonderful experience at Access Eye. I had two cataract surgeries in the Fall of 2017. Dr. Coleman was very thorough and explained everything to me clearly about what would be involved in my cataract surgeries and the options. It was indeed such a plus to have a very experienced eye surgeon, especially in the case of my right eye which had experienced a retinal tear years earlier. I found all the staff to be very competent and caring.

Dr. Mansouri has been my primary Ophthalmologist at Access Eye Center. I recently was evaluated for cataract eye surgery on both eyes. During the extensive exam, Dr. Mansouri and his team of professionals completed several exams over several hours to ensure I was a candidate and my eyes were healthy enough to endure the procedure. One stop shopping..got my eye exam done and then went to pick out my glasses/Frames..everyone was professional and courteous. Definitely returning.
The service from all staff members was nothing shy of 5 stars. From the receptionist to the doctor; had a great personable experience. Plus I got multiple text reminders for the appointment.

Have been with Access Eye for years now and have ALWAYS been treated with care, understanding, respect, professionalism and like a VIP. Dr. Mansouri is the best and so personable. I've had some eye issues recently and Dr. Mansouri and all staff were fantastic. Had my vision tested today and Dr. Evans was wonderful. And John Rybarczyk was so patient and helpful while I selected a pair of glasses. Thank you Access Eye!
