it is clearly a constitional violation to have my temperature checked...and I am medically exempt from wearing a mask but they act like you are criminal.

Ms. Sol, the majority of our patients today are 65+ and many with health conditions making them the most vulnerable to Covid. We will choose protecting their health and safety each and every day. The very least you can do is get your temperature checked. Since this is all explained ahead of coming to your appointment, one could assume you came looking for an argument. You always have the option to reschedule after the pandemic, or seek care elsewhere if you disagree with our policy.
