We were in and out within 20 minutes and it was our first time there (so we had paperwork to fill out). From the staff at the front to the doc that helped my son, everyone was very kind and welcoming. Super fast but great care which is ideal for any parent especially with a toddler. Prescription was quickly filled and they even called to make sure the pharmacy was going to be open when we got there (we were seen on a holiday). They went above and beyond to take care of my little guy 💙
This was the most upsetting medical experience we've had as parents. A nurse told us our child's wound was very superficial, not open, and did not need stitches. A steri strip was initially presented as optional and "just to demonstrate placement." After it was applied, we decided to leave the steri strips in place because we were concerned that removing them could worsen the wound. Fantastic experience ~ from Alana at the front desk, to medical assistant Chayanne, to nurse practitioner Serena everyone is outstanding!
I have private insurance and CHAMPVA (military) as my secondary insurance. I was refused care because they do not accept my secondary insurance. I told them I'll pay out of pocket & they still refused to provide care. Unacceptable, especially since I was willing to pay 100% out of pocket just to be seen. I'll never go back to this location.
