Bought a watch from them and returned it since the box was damaged when we received it. After months of conversation back and forth never got the money back from them. They chose to iqnore the messages and emails. Trusted the business and got disappointed. Don't have the watch and lost the money also.
During my visit to the US, I reached out to Watchstox to inquire about purchasing a Tank Americaine that they had listed on their website. Their sales representative, Hector Paiz, coordinated the transaction with me via email, and was incredibly helpful and competent to work with.
