My son went in for an out-patient procedure 6 weeks ago. I had packed for every occasion (being cold/bored/hungry) and made sure everything was portable thinking I would be shuffled from one place to another. This was not the case at all! We were immediately escorted to his private out-patient room where we were attended to by very professional, informative, and happy staff. My husband and I were in Crowley this past weekend for a funeral for his uncle. We had to go to your ER. I was having a kidney stone. (Not my first so I knew what it was). Your staff was exceptional. I was very nervous being away from home and apprehensive as I am sure you can understand. I received awesome care and appreciate everyone that took care of me. Thank you so much. Upon returning home I had to be admitted to my hospital here in Longview Texas and had to have a lithotripsy. Stayed two nights and doing well. Thanks ... read more
