Well my son was running a fever off and on we waited over 2 hours last night and when we got in the back they was so rude until I went off sorry if you don't like your job and have to be talking ugly to patients get you butt home. They have more people in the world that needs jobs..
I was scheduled for a MAMOGRAM . Called me a day before to get pre register.Was very fast as to checking in . The staff was very friendly. I was out in no time . Thanks keep up good work
My mom recently had 2 different surgeries here and I must say this hospital and its staff have improved tremendously!!
This hospitals emergency department is a joke. You wait forever in the lobby then when u finally get in a room they leave u for god knows how long and pretty much forget about u. Or they treat u for something you don't have. I would much rather go to Lafayette General than to Crowley and the bad part is I'm way closer to Crowley. I went to laf General and they treated me excellent.
This place is an absolute joke. Do not bring your loved ones in if they are having a stroke. They will dope them up with Valium, pain meds, and muscle relaxers and send them home. Please take the extra time and go straight to Lourdes in Lafayette!!!!
Had blood work done yesterday and it was fast, efficient, and friendly service. Tpday had the HIDA scan which was also fast and painless. Abby on X Ray was awesome and very polite, knowledgeable, and friendly. Only complaint is that table is really uncomfortable
