Dr. Kimmel and his staff are wonderful. We have had 2 Surgeries done on our dog and they always make us feel like they are their own dogs.
Dr Kimmel is the best veterinary We have ever been to. He cares about your animals and you. Very honest and forthright. Recommend him to all my friends and family. Even strangers on Facebook who have had issues. Been taking my babies to him for 9 years.
We had a great experience at academy west animal hospital , I have a Pomeranian that not crazy about getting groomed but with ️Dr Kimmel & Kayla & Sara's help they were able to make it happen ! All the employees are really welcoming & friendly including Ramona & Ashley at front desk. I would recommend coming here for any of your keys needs there really great !

I've been taking my pugs to Dr Kimmel for about 7 years now. He is one of the best in the valley. A few years ago he diagnosed my 14yr old pug with a severe complication and referred me to a specialist for a second opinion who then disagreed with his diagnosis. However, in the end, Dr. Kimmel was 100% right with his initial diagnosis and the specialist even was impressed by his discovery. He knows what he is doing and he is great at what he does! I won't take my new pug anywhere else. Highly recommend!
