Awful awful awful! I don’t know how they were in business for so long. Zero customer service in any way shape or form from the checkout person. Vet assistant was nice. Veterinarian came in, didn’t get his name very old school style of handling cats. Said maybe 10 words total. Gave vaccines by scruffing when you can see how timid they are. I understand they have never seen these cats so they don’t know exactly how they’ll respond but I’m also holding them. Their person is there, you don’t need to scruff. So far all our experiences with everyone here have been absolutely positive, even in the worst of circumstances. We had to euthanize one our 13 year old dog and we were given options prior to our decision and compassionate care once we reached our decision. Update: 13 December 2022. Took my other dog for an eye exam and EVERYONE was so attentive and caring as usual. Can't thank everyone enough. Update: 30 May 2026.
