I've been getting my dog groomed here for a few years now. On Saturday, I picked him up -- and he couldn't walk. I made an appointment for him to be seen by Dr. Ratke, the owner, to see what could have happened. And then I read the reviews online -- FB reviews aren't too bad, but please check out Google, etc. There are a lot more reviews -- and so many are downright scary. I cancelled the appointment, letting the person who answered the phone know why I was cancelling. "Oh, we don't pay attention to the reviews." Well, buddy... read more
Feels like family! All the staff are fantastic and fabulous with all my fur children! I have chows and not everyone loves them but this place does !!!
They could actually go to hell they killed my dog did a surgery to remove his eye and he probably didn't even need to have it removed it seeped for 3 weeks before he died they never even called to see if he was ok and I couldn't get anyone else to look at him because 1 no money 2 no other vet wanted to get involved in the hack job Dr Abair did. I feel like we were nicked nd timed last time we went in, after 8 years of going there. Excited we found Dr. Kimmel at Quail Crossing Animal Hospital in Scottsdale. no more nickel and diming.
🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 My husband and I adopted a rescue. We renamed her from Stella (my grandmothers name) to Bella. She is a cutie, she requires a lot of re-socializing. She is not a trusting little one yet, we are working with her to trust people. Thank you for Bella!!❤
