Academy West was filled with people who genuinely cared for my dog . They took him in for a teeth cleaning and when I called in to check on him they eased my worry and confirmed he was doing well. I recommend this business to all pet owners !
I take my pups to see Dr. Kimmel and his staff, and they love him! I've never had an issue here, they take my concerns with them and answer any questions I may have, regardless of how silly it may sound. They are very caring and I always leave feeling reassured that my pups are great. Only one lady that works there throws me off acting like she knows my pups for a long time, so I think she just gets confused. But honestly I have no true complaints.
I've been taking my fur-babies here for over 20 years!! Love the doctors and the staff. Dr. Kimmel is the doc there now. He's awesome!!
My husband and I just took our dog here to get a lump removed from her side. The vet seemed nice and very concerned for her and it being cancer so it was sent for testing (which we are still waiting to hear back about so it’s unsure if it’s cancer). She was bleeding from her stitches on and off the next couple days and we were getting concerned. They will fuck you over. Play the blame game on someone else when they don't want to take responsibility. Got to save their own asses! They don't care about how they have destroyed other people. Thanks for fucking nothing!
