As advertised.... Great associates....great prices.....lines moved quick.
Wow jist tried to buy a pair of shoes. Two different sales people made eye contact then they turned and walked the other way!!! Where is management?!
Good luck at this store! Black Friday lines at 4:30pm were insane with only half the lanes open. Management needs to get their act together. We'll go somewhere else to spend our money.
It is a Great Sport's store. It has everything you need and at outstanding prices
Shop at this store only if you want to be ignored. Went to the knoxville Academy Sports with my son to look at a bike for my wife. No greeting, no help, had to wrestle the bike off the rack by ourselves. Came back with my wife today. Same story. After 20 plus minutes there we walked out and passed two male employees relaxing and talking about personal stuff. Passed another sales person who never looked up.
