On multiple occasions employees have ignored me at the counter to deal with people on the phone. Common sense customer service says to deal with customers already in the store first. Amazon sounds better and better.
Reached the store for a hour looking for what I wanted. No associate ask if I need help or for that matter made eye contact or spoke. When I went to check out I waited 20 minutes in line put my stuff on the counter and the register went down. The cashier started putting my stuff back in the buggy and told me and the 2 behind me we would have to go Get in the back of another line.... Not I'll open another register or let me take you to the service desk but go to the back of another line and wait again. Very disapointed I don'... read more
