Don't let the employees bathe in their cologne, very offputting when you leave with a headache because their cologne was so loud.

Worse Customer service I have ever experienced. Went in there this past Saturday to pick up our pre bought exercise bike. Told the guy at the podium we were there to pick up.. first thing out of his mouth was “I can’t lift anything and u will have to find someone to help u”. Spent thousands at your store until you tried to refund 19.99 on a $100.00 fishing rod that was 6 months old. Lost a $500 purchase that night and many more!

Called TWICE to verify the availability of a specific item prior to driving 2 hours to buy it only to find out the store actually did not have the item. Then was treated rudely by an employee when attempting to voice frustration over the situation. Management did discount a similar item but they still made us feel as though they were doing us a favor instead of compensating for their mistake.
Pretty sad you guys wouldn’t price match a gun for me because the gun was at cabelas. I’ll take my business there from now on. Their prices are better anyway.
