Awesome store and the employees are incredibly helpful. Prices are low and they stock big brand name items. Highly recommend this store.
Terrible customer service, found an electric stove that was supposed to be on clearance, but when I got to the register the cashier refused to accept the price. The cashier proceeded to call a manager whom said the price was for a different item, this was the only electric stove in the entire aisle how could it be for a different one? Manager was a complete smart mouth about it. Now I refuse to shop here again.
Went in the one at Hamilton Place, was looking to buy a crossbow, the guy working behind the counter couldn't get it because he said the other guy was still on lunch but he had been gone for an hour or more. We waited, waited some more, could he not call someone else over there for the love of Pete?
I am on the phone with a store manager....David.... I was told by Tynesha at the 888 922 2336 number that It was up to store manager to get money back.. David at the Hamilton place.... store says this is untrue.. I asked for a corporate number... David said that the above... number was the only number!! VERY interesting...
