This morning, my family and I visited the Academy coffee and market in the hotel, and we experienced what felt like racial discrimination. While we were speaking to one of the staff members — a Black woman — she abruptly cut us off and acted as if she didn’t understand what we were saying. It was very insulting and frustrating for us. We are deeply disappointed by this experience and would like to report it to the management.
