This bank has gone done hill bad. I make alot of online purchases and they just blocked my card for possible fraud. I called and verified it was me making the purchase and they said they can only unblock it for 24 hours. Even companies i have bought from in the past are blocked. When you call they try and put the blame on some other company. My wifes xard is not blocked only mine. I filed a complaint with the BBB and the FDIC. This is stright BS.
We used to love to go to our local branch because they knew us by name because we had banked there for years, but now we are going to open an account at another hank & faze this one out because we are tired of their corporate office! I’ve been a customer for over five years and you put a hold on a check from a mortgage company?! Their bank absolutely will pay the check long before your nine day hold is up! To add insult to injury, the nine days don’t start until Tuesday!

This bank got a wire transfer from my company but never gave it to my employee and also did not return the money-- they simply kept it for themselves. In my opinion, this is flat out theft! Do not trust your money with this bank-- I suspect you will regret it deeply!
