This crap ass bank. A customer of theirs deposited a check that was stolen... from the customer. We called and told Academy Bank what was going on and they didn't give a shit. Told us to call the police. Yeah. No shit. We did. But your customer broke into our car and stole checks and is trying to write them to herself. They didn't give a shit. Our bank called us today while she was there trying to cash a check. They called us right away and prevented us from getting stolen from and even called the police knowing this person ... read more
They hold good checks for weeks and we can't make payroll causing us to have lawsuits pressed against us. They are the worst bank to trust horrible customer service and won't lift a finger to do their job. Worthless company if you ask me. Managers don't care and neither do they care even with our lawyer involved. So therefore they are breaking federal regulations and holding funds that are Essentially floating in bimbo and say they have no way of verifying checks. They need to be sued and shut the FUCK down!
I need a new debit card because the mag strip on the back is coming off. I'm told that my new card won't be a copy of the old one but it will be a new card entirely. This means I will have to change all my auto debits and this will cost me $25. Who thought this process up? Were they getting a bonus dependent on how inconvenient this was to your customer? I think I need a new bank.
RecommendedService is very good. Employees are very courteous and efficient. Hours are convenient.
Great service low in fees
I recommend them if someone I know may have had credit and can't open one. I let them k ow Academy Bank is still there for us customers with not the best credit. I've never had a bad experience yet. So tha is to all those at Academy Bank.
Someone Pleeeeaaaase explain to me how on this great green flippin' earth; how a bank can have the policy that the official end of the business day is at 4pm. HOWEVER your debit card purchases still count until 6:30pm of the same business day, BUT any deposits you make after 4pm don't count until the Next business day? 🤔 Oh, that's right, I forgot this was Back to the Future and my time traveling Delorean is in the parking lot🙄
